What goes into a proper install.

Selection, deck assessment, concrete, installation and the walkthrough, under one roof and one point of accountability.

An Aqua Creek pool lift installed into a concrete pad at the edge of a pool deck
  1. 01 / 04

    Every part, accounted for.

We fit the model to your pool, your deck and the person using it, not to whatever is in stock.

  2. 02 / 04

    Anchored into concrete.

A pool lift is a counterweighted machine. The anchor goes into concrete first, and if there is no slab, we pour one.

  3. 03 / 04

    Assembled to specification.

Mast, arm, actuator, seat and footrest, fitted and checked against the manufacturer's requirements.

  4. 04 / 04

    Installed once.

One crew and one schedule, with a full walkthrough before we leave.

03What we install

Permanent, portable, and the concrete underneath.

Ranger 2 · Scout Excel

Permanent lifts

Anchored into the deck for full-time access. The right choice where the pool is in regular use and the lift can stay in place.

Mighty Voyager · Power EZ 2

Portable lifts

Moved and stored between uses, still anchored to a fixed point on the deck. Suited to shared pools and seasonal properties.

Concrete work

Where there is no slab to anchor into, we pour one. That keeps the installation on your schedule instead of another trade's.

How anchoring works
04Before we quote

We check what is under your deck.

A pool lift is a counterweighted machine, so it has to be anchored into concrete to be safe. That makes your deck the first question rather than the last one.

Most Florida pool decks are pavers laid over a concrete base, and in that case the anchor goes straight into what is already there. Where there is no slab underneath, new concrete has to be poured and given time to cure before anything is fixed to it. We establish which situation you are in at the consultation, so the number you are quoted is the number you pay.

What we are looking for
Pavers over concrete
The anchor goes straight into the existing base. Pavers are lifted, the anchor is set, the pavers go back.
Existing concrete slab
Assessed for depth and condition against the manufacturer's anchoring requirement for the model.
Pavers over sand or shell
There is nothing to hold the counterweight. A new pour is required before the lift can be installed.
No deck at the entry point
We design and pour a pad sized to the lift and to the way the pool is actually entered.
05Commercial

Compliance, handled by people who only do this.

Homeowners associations, condominium boards, hotels, rehabilitation clinics and municipal aquatic centres. We specify the lift for the pool and the volume of use, confirm the anchoring against the manufacturer's requirement, and install it.

Because pool access is the only thing we do, you get specification and lead time up front rather than after a site visit.
